Where We Work
Before 2020, nearly all of our Pack called Bend, Oregon home. Today, we’re spread across 12 U.S. states and 4 countries.
With each open role, we ask: does it need to be Bend-based to support connection and collaboration? While some roles require in-person time, most of our team works flexibly—from HQ, remotely, or in a hybrid setup.
We stay connected through virtual meetups, monthly All-Pack Campfires, and company-wide Retreats in Bend. And when it makes sense, especially for Pack Leaders, we encourage showing up in person—those spontaneous moments often spark our best ideas.
The benefit of remote work has trade-offs. We aim to balance flexibility with the realities of connection and performance—and we’re always working to get that balance right.
